The American Embassy, Dhaka, Bangladesh, requires the operation and management of guard services to prevent unauthorized access to U.S. Government facilities and residences, to protect life, maintain order, deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents, and property; to deter terrorist acts against all U.S. assets; and to prevent damage to Government property. The contractor must furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required by the contract. The contractor will be responsible for providing training, supervision, recruitment, uniforms, payroll, roving patrol, background investigations, discipline, and all other facets of administering and managing the contract. Services will be performed for all U.S. Government facilities in Dhaka. Total estimated hours of standard services are 309,296 per year.
