R - The U.S. Department of Education is seeking proposals to provide the Education Assessment Division with technical analytical skills to report on surveys. The work will focus on eucational assessment data al all levels of schooling *preschool through postsecondary, including adult basic education, adult secondary education, English as a Secondy Language, vocational and special education programs). The general categories of activity include: Plan and conduct studies; Conduct Methodological research projects; Develop and test data collection instruments according to OMB rules; Obtain information from experts; Obtain and maintain data for secondary analysis; Provide support for meetings; and Analyze data and reports. Data Collection, Data Processing and Primary Analysis activities are NOT a part of this contract. The period of performance is for twelve (12) months with four (4) 12-months option periods.
