This will be a firm fixed price and indefinite quantity type contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to maintain and repair air conditioning equipment which includes centrifugal chillers, colling towers, packaged water chiller units, water pumps, air handling units, chilled water fan coil units, temperature controls (electric and pneumatic), motorized dampers and refrigerated dryer. The work also includes providing a trouble call desk, performing emergency work, urgent recurring work, implementing a facility inspection and maintenance repair program, and preparing estimates. The indefinite quantity portion of the contract includes repairs not covered in the firm fixed-price portion of the contract. The awarded contract will include option provisions to extend the term in subsequent years. The total term of the contract including all options will not exceed 60 months. No future synopsis will be published in the event the option(s) included in the original contract is exercised.
