The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is seeking information from vendors for hardware and/or software which could be used to develop a voice case information application for use in the Federal Courts of Appeals. The case information resides in a Unify Version 4.0 RDBMS, running under a UNIX operating system on an Intel-based server. The identified components of the system are: user access to the application by telephone; support multiple concurrent user sessions; read numbers, dates, or works from the Unify RDBMS; digitally play and record voice files; and fax information back to a number specified by caller. No solicitation is currently in progress. This is a request for information only. Interested parties which have the capabilities to provide any or all of the above functions, off-the-shelf or otherwise, must submit information to the attention of Mr. Karl Gerdes, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, One Columbus Circle, NE, Room 4-513, Washington, DC 20544.
