The purpose of publicizing these firms is to enable potential project team consultants to network with the prime firms which have been short-listed. The short-listed firms are: Cecil Baker Assoc., Phila., PA; Kelly/Maillo, Inc., Phila., PA; Tony Atkin Architects, Phila., PA; Voith & Mactanish Architects, Phila., PA; Ford Farewell Mills & Gatsch Architects, Princeton, NJ.
