70 -- PROGRAMMING AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION POC POINT OF CONTACT IS RACHEL BALLEN (703) 697-6021, CONTRACT SPECIALIST Defense Supply Service-Washington on behalf of the Secretary of Defense Washington Headquarters Service (OSD/WHS), intends to negotiate a sole source contract with The System Works, 1640 Powers Ferry Road, Building 11, Marietta, GA 30067. This contract will be for one (1) base year with three (3) one (1) year options under OSD DPA #C3I-95-0010. The contemplated contract will provide programming and system administration of an existing system which contains licensed software to support the Maintenance Planning and Control System (MPAC) for the Pentagon. This requirement covers: the Pentagon, the Pentagon Utility Plant, FB #2, the Court of Military Appeals, and the Defense Nuclear Agency Building. There is no solicitation document available for contractors to view. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement including detailed pricing information that delineates the ability to meet this requirement.
