This is a market survey to locate additional sources for a group of spares for the Communications Central, AN/TSC-122. The NSNs are: NSN 5895-01-376-5615 (Amplifier, Radio Fre., 1 each), NSN 5998-01-325-7323 (Electronic Componen., 62 each), NSN 5998-01-327-9918 (Circuit Card Assemb., 20 each), NSN 5895-01-328-5635 (Amplifier Subassemb., 24 each), NSN 5820-01-328-5609 (Exciter, Radio Freq., 4 each), NSN 5895-01-327-7537 (Interface Unit, Comm., 1 each), NSN 5998-01-372-3377 (Circuit Card Assemb., 6 each), NSN 5998-01-323-4990 (Circuit Card Assemb., 8 each), NSN 5999-01-330-9495 (Electronic Componen., 16 each) and NSN 5998-01-323-6425 (Circuit Card Assemb., 4 each). Current source for these items is Rockwell Intl Corp. part numbers 622-9633-002, 646-6883-003, 218-0247-020, 646-6407-004, 659-5661-001, 659-5660-001, 659-5663-002, 218-0270-040, 646-6406-004 and 753-0518-001 respectively. Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of these items is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate by writing to the Commander, CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-ED-GT(Moons), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the previous supplier or a statement from the current source demonstrating that the supplier can supply items that will be physically and functionally interchangeable at the repair part level with the items the current source supplies for these various NSNs. The successful supplier(s) may be required to warrant that the items supplied will be satisfactory when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
