This work includes the installation of lightning protection with secondary ground girdle systems and test pockets at buildings 724, 725, 786, 1006 and 1543/1544; the modification of existing overhead feeders to prevent or reduce the chance of incidental contact with the facility at buildings 724, 725 and 786. All work is required by Chapter 6 of NAVSEA OP5 and incidental related work. Basis of Bid Item 0001 shall be entire work complete in accordance with the drawings and specifications, but not including work indicated or specified to be provided under any of the other bid items. Additive Item One shall provide additional horizontal and vertical control points and locate all new work in Maryland State coordinate plane system. This project is unrestricted.
