Notwithstanding any other provision of the contract, no other product will be acceptable. This project includes the construction of a new hazardous waste storage & transfer facility. The facility will include: a 12,352 sf building; with 8,392 sf for hazardous storage and 3,960 sf for support and operating areas, and a 1,100 sf covered outdoor support/area for roll-off, drum, and vehicle storage. There will be provisions for all associated utilities and any other incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
