Bids are requested for the installation of a single-ply fully adhered roofing membrane system on the VOR/VORTAC counterpoise roof at the IMT VOR, Iron Mountain, Michigan. The work consists of, but is not limited to: removing the TACAN antenna and mounting fixture, the VOR antenna, and the fiberglass antenna shelter; installing the 2'' treated wood nailers and nailer spacers, 2'' of Isocyranuate insulation, flashing, the one layer of single-ply fully adhered roofing membrane; and preparing and painting the surface of the fiberglass antenna shelter, the TACAN antenna mounting fixtures, and the exterior surface of the TACAN antenna. The estimated issue date of the solicitation will be on or about May 31, 1995. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
