The scope includes demolition, removal, disposal, and replacement of the parking garage ramp slab and loading dock slab. This project will also include traffic control and the support of all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment, which is supported from the slab above during construction. Both, the loading dock and garage, shall be accessible at all times. An alternate, for overhead doors, CMU divider wall, and dock ventilation system, is indicated in the specifications.
