Eglin AFB base has a requirement to Repair Ranger Camp Pool, Camp Rudder, Auxiliary Field 6, Eglin AFB FL. Bid opening date of 27 Jun 95 is only an estimated date. The work for this project falls under two headings: Demolition and New Work. Demolition includes the removal of chain link fencing around the pool, diving board, lifeguard chairs, pool ladders, concrete deck around the pool, all PVC pool piping, and surface floor coating in the bath house. New work includes providing and installing new PVC pool piping, new pool dec coating, new concrete deck, new chain link fencing, new ceramic tile flooring and base in the bath house, and reinstalling existing diving board, lifeguard chairs, and pool ladders. The work also includes finish grading and installing new turf. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small or small disadvantaged business.
