The work generally consists of, but is not limited to the repair of Bldg. 839, Maintenance Facility, to include demolition and remolding of new spaces. The proposed project listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business(SBD) concerns. Interested SBD concerns should notify our office, in writting, of their intent to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice. The notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence od capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnatude. Complete information concerning management experience in similiar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basiswithout further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Project requirements will be made availible on or about 31 May 95. ALL DATES ARE ESTIMATED. The size standard of this project for whic a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sales receipts for its preceeding three years shall not be in excess of $17,000,000.
