Backus (410) 278-2371 (Site Code DAAD05) Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment in performing all work necessary for the Construction of an Out-of- Laboratory Experimental Facility in strict accordance with specification 507B-95. The Out-of-Laboratory Experimental Facitliy will be located at the HRED-FAST Site, Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The work is, but not limited to, providing site layout and geometry for two buildings, parking lot, fencing and staging area; provide grading and storm drainage; provide new security chain link fence; provide foundation and slab for two standard metal buildings; provide interior gypsum board walls; provide batt insulation; provide two standard metal buildings; provide heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system; provide power electrical distribution system, interior and exterior, etc. This solicitation shall be issued using Full and Open Competition (F&OC) and all responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
