Contractor shall do all things necessary to manage and maintain all HUD-owned and Secretary-held single family properties in Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester Counties in New York State. Offeror must demonstrate experience in management of single family properties and development of repair specifications and overseeing repair work. Contractor must establish an office within 100 miles of the contract area and have a 1-800 0r area code 914 telephone number. Contract is for one year with options to renew for two additional one year terms. Solicitation packages shall be available May 2, 1995 at HUD's New York Office. There will be a pre-proposal conference May 17, 1995 in Room 3502, 26 Federal Plaza. Proposals will be due June 15, 1995 at 3PM in Room 35-120, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068 and shall be reviewed by a Technical Evaluation Panel. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
