Contractor shall do all things necessary to manage and maintain all HUD-owned and Secretary-held single family properties in Towns of Brookhaven, East Hampton, Islip, Riverhead, Southampton and Southold in Suffolk County of New York. Offeror must demonstrate experience in management of single family properties and development of repair specifications and overseeing repair work. Contractor must establish an office within 100 miles of the contract area and have a 1-800 or area code 516 telephone number. Contract is for one year with options to renew for two additional one year terms. Solicitation packages shall be available May 2, 1995 at HUD's New York office. There will be a pre-proposal conference May 17, 1995 at 10AM in Room 3502, 26 Federal Plaza. Proposals will be due June 15, 1995 in Room 35-120, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068 and shall be reviewed by a Technical Evaluation Panel. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
