General Services Administration wishes to announce that on or about may 5, 1995, solicitation FCGE-95-0015-N for COST-per-copy (CPC) copier requirements for the National Guard Bureau of the State of Rhode Island will be issued. This procurements will require furnishing copiers, accessories, furnishing and delivery of consumable supplies (except paper), emergency repair services, periodic preventive maintenance and key operator training. Copier requirements have been broken into three volume bands, defined as follows: Volume band I, 15 copies per minute minimum, and 0-5,000 copies per month; volume band II, 20 copies per minute minimum, and 5,001-15,000 copies per month; volume band III, 30 copies per minute minimum, 15,001-30,000 per month. The R.I. National Guard has given an initital machine estimate of 41 units. Copiers being offered shall be manufactures most current production models, either new or newly remanufacured. This procurement will be a negotiated firm fixed price contract. The contract period will be for one year for the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 996 with four one year option years.
