This action is a Notice of Intention to award to GE Capital Modular Space for a Modular Complex. This modular complex is currntly on site under a LWOP with GE Capital. Specifications are as follows: size: 24' x 60' with a 12' x 12' private office, two interior and exterior doors, eight windows, paneling, carpeting, skirting, pads, carpet throughout and building has a steel clearspan roof beam. Vendors who feel they can provide an equal product should submit a proposal fully stating specifications and pricing. Written responses must be submitted within 15 calendar days of this notice. If no written responses are received, this agency will exercise our option to purchase and an order will be placed with GE capital Modular Space. When a response is received from a vendor that meets the requirement, and an analysis indicates that a competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Government, the contracting office may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and to all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of this solicitation.
