L -- ON SITE MAINTENANCE/REPAIR SERVICE FOR ADP EQUIPMENT SOL DACW51-95-B-0043 DUE 060695 POC Mabel Thompson 212-264-9118. The contractor shall provide on site maintenance service on an as needed basis at all predetermined locations against the contract to keep the equipment in, or restore the equipment to, good reliable working condition. Maintenance service shall be provided on a scheduled basis in response to notification of breakdowns in equipment or the failure of equipment to work properly. The contractor will be expected to respond and have the equipment fully operational within twelve work hours of receiving a call for maintenance service. Work hours are the hours during the period of principal maintenance which will be described in the contract. Maintenance parts may or may not be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer; however, replacement parts must be new and compatible with, and at least of equal quality to the original equipment provided by the manufacturer. Replacement parts will be provided by the contractor on an exchange basis. At all times during the course of the contract, the contractor shall be responsible for maintaining, or having immediate access to,any and all replacement parts required to repair the equipment covered within the contract. The contractor shall be provided a locked cabinet at the Central Office of the New York District in which to store supplies and tools. Contract will be for one base year with three option years. DACW51-95-B-0043 will be available on or about 12 May 1995 at a $25.00 non-refundable charge for solicitation documents.
