The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport has a requirement for a hydraulic vibration system in which the hydraulic shaker can be configured as a seismic mass shaker or configured to attach to a reaction mass. The system shall additionally include a vibration control system to be used for torpedo section level Environmental Stress Testing. Among other requirements the system should be capable of controlling sinusoidal and random vibration from 20 to around 2000 Hz.
