Work includes removal of 5 ply roofing and fiberboard, installation of EPDM, and provide water repellent coating on exterior brick. Magnitude of projet is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. 20% bid bond required. Performance time is 45 calendar days. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in this acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above, evidence of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice ar required from all business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Indicate if you do not want a package if SDB Set-Aside.
