Description: Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision as necessary to provide demolition, removal and disposal of a two story, wood framed building. Work shall include demolition, removal and disposal of the building, concrete foundation and floor, mechanical and electrical equipment and components, removal and packaging of asbestos and lead containing materials for Government disposal, restoration of demolition sites to include providing necessary gravel, grading and bituminous paving required to finish areas to match surrounding grade and incidental related work at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. The estimated range is between $25,000.00 and $75,000.00. The term of contract will be 75 calendar days. This solicitation is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement without further notice.
