The proposed contract consist of the construction of a 1780 square foot Refuel Vahicle Repair Shop Building located at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, Vienna Ohio for the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters, 910 Airlift Group (FARES). Solicitation will be issued approximately 95 Mar 27. The Dollar magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract award will be made as a whole to one bidder. Estimated duration of the contract is 210 calendar days. The proposed contract contract listed herein is being considered a 100% Small Disadvantage Business Se-Aside. Intetested SDB Concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 15 days of this notice. This notificatin must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small business concern, evidence of capability to obtain required bonds, and specific informatin which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. The information shall be provided to the Contract Specialist or the Contracting Officer above. If adequate interest is not received from SDB cocerns, the solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all Small Business concerns, as well as SDB concerns. The Standard Classification Code for this project is 1542.
