The work consists of furnishing all paint, labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all operations in connection with the removal of rubber from the runway and removal of paint (runway and taxiway markings) from the airfield, and the application of airfield paints and reflective media to the airfield at Offutt AFB NE. This action is being considered for 100% setaside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than the close of business 24 Feb 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. SIC cod 1721 applies. The SDB size standard of $7 million is a three year average annual gross revenue. Please provide certified reports or statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is being considered, please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expedite SDB verification and contract award.
