Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to set-up 21,600 SF of relocatable office space at Beale AFB, CA in two buildings of 17,280 SF and 4320 SF. Relocatable space shall include central gas heating, air conditioning, men's and women's bathrooms, complete electrical and interior lighting per code, telephone lines, fire alarm system, handicap ramped entrances, stairs and stub-out for electrical power source to be connected to government supplied utilities. In addition, the facility shall be secured and anchored in accordance with Uniform Building Code. The relocatable office space shall be needed from the date of award through Sep 30 1995 and up to (4) option years thereafter. This action is considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns must notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as but no later than 10 days from the publication date of this notice. Notifications must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially, and/or economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation shall be issued 100% small business set-aside without further notice.
