The purpose of this amendment is to change the IFB number from 263-94-B(AO)-0036 to 263-95-B(AO)-0015. The National Institutes of Health has a requirement to furnish and maintain new uniforms, jackets and other related garments under a rental and purchase agreement. The contractor shall furnish and maintain uniforms consisting of trousers, shirts, vests and jackets under a rental agreement in accordance with a style manufactured by Cintas Corporation, 1769 Brightseat Road, Landover, Maryland 20785 or equal, on a weekly basis. The contractor shall furnish parkas, coveralls, caps, belts, and T-shirts under a purchase agreement in accordance with a style manufactured by Cintas Corporation, 1769 Brightseat Road, Landover, Maryland 20785 or equal. These services are required for a twelve month period with options renewable for four additional twelve month periods. All request for the solicitation must be in writing and sent to the address listed above. Opening date will be approximately 30 calendar days from date of this notice.
