The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with repair and construction of pavements at March AFB CA. All work shall be in accordance with the contract, specifications, statement of work, and drawings. The SIC code is 1799. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Interested SDB concerns shall respond, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 03 Feb 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of the complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. This solicitation will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration program.
