Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required, for revitalization of the ground floor, first, second, and third floor of Building 1208 East, Fort Monmouth, NJ, to create open office space for the relocation of CECOM to main post. The scope of work includes, providing new finishes, offices and construction of toilet facilities. Project has government furnished equipment (unit kitchens, lighting fixtures and doors). Proposed procurement is unrestricted, and subject to the availability of funds. Site visit and liquidated damages will be specified in IFB, DAAB08-95-B-0007, to be issued on/about 15 Feb 95. Estimated range $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. Construction completion is 180 days. There will be a charge of $25.00 per bid package, to cover government specifications and drawings.
