Contract effort will include, but not be limited to: collection, review, analysis, appraisal, and summary of the available scientific and technical information and data on the material within the scope of the MTIAC's competence and concern. Contemplated period of performance is 12 months. DESC plans to award a sole source contract modification to IIT Research Institute under contract DLA900-90-D-0134. DESC believes that IIT Research Institute is the only source with the required experience and capabilities to perform this effort.
