Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80AFRC26Q0003 for the 72-month inspection and maintenance of NASA 808 Gulfstream III aircraft. This acquisition is a Full and Open Requirement. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 448190 and $40.0 Million, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. In accordance with 52.102, provisions and clauses have been incorporated by reference to the maximum practical extent. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will provide the full text of any provision or clause incorporated by reference. Additional terms and conditions are contained in the attached solicitation. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. Receipt of Offer and Point of Contact: Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email no later than 5:00PM Pacific Daylight Time on March 24, 2026, to Melissa Newell at melissa.newell@nasa.gov and must include, solicitation number (80AFRC26Q0003), FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), unique identifier, identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors are encouraged to use the Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services form found at URL: https://www.gsa.gov/reference/forms/solicitationcontractorder-for-commercial-products-and-commercial-services Additional Information: All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation procedures under FAR Part 12 will be used for this acquisition. The anticipated award date is on or before April 10, 2026. Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted electronically via email to Melissa Newell at melissa.newell@nasa.gov not later than 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on March 19, 2026. Telephone questions will not be accepted. The Government is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of documents submitted using electronic means, including the missing of any established deadlines.
