Description

DLA-Weapons Support Richmond (DLA-WSR, formally DLA Aviation) issued solicitation SPE4A6-15-R-0340 which resulted in Long-Term Contract (LTC) SPE4A6-16-D-0226 which was effective on July 30, 2016. DLA-WSR has determined a bridge of contract SPE4A6-16-D-0226 is necessary to allow sufficient time to reevaluate and award the CONUS Industrial Gas Program follow-on efforts. The bridge contract will be a four-month base and two three-month options. DLA-WSR is therefore planning to bridge contract SPE4A6-16-D-0226 via modification by revising the last day of the base period from July 29, 2026 until November 29, 2026, February 29, 2026 or May 29, 2026 as applicable. As the modification will extend the contract to the incumbent, Hudson Technologies Company (Hudson), CAGE 7DSQ0, on a sole-source, unrestricted basis, a Justification and Approval (J&A) will be approved in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Place of performance is at Hudson�s order fulfillment sites below: 1. 630 Enterprise Street Escondido, CA, 92029 2. 1809 West Springer Dr. Champaign, IL, 61821 3051 Olympic Industrial Dr. SE Atlanta, GA, 30339 The estimated dollar value of the four-month base and two three-month options bridge contract is $12.1M.
