- The Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located at Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Dental Instrument Supplies. ARO 30 days. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114: Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00100 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by March 21, 2026. Evaluation factors may include technical acceptability to meet the government needs, price, and delivery. Quotes will be due on or by March 30, 2026. The acquisition is an ISBEE set aside.
