- Project Title: Various Roof Repairs B1601, B1822, B1693, B160 Project Location: Shaw AFB, SC This is a construction requirement to design and/or renovate the various roofs at buildings B1601, B1822, B1693 and B160.Period of Performance: 216 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160.The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(e) is valued between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.***A site visit is schedule for Thursday, 26 March 2026 / 10:00 (local) EST. Site visit location is Building 160, 526 Houston Avenue, Shaw AFB, SC 29152. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Please refer to attachments 13 through 15 to ensure to adhere to all requirements necessary to obtain a pass to access the installation. Escorts will NOT be provided. Contractors are required to bring all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and equipment to access the rooftops (i.e., ladders) if desired. ******To gain access to Shaw AFB for the site visit on Thursday, 26 March 2026 you must send Attachment 13 - Base Access Template to SSgt Braulio Ramirez-Galvan at braulio.ramirez_galvan@us.af.mil and Mr. Carlos Griggs at carlos.griggs.1@us.af.mil no later than Friday, 13 March 2026 / 12:00 P.M. (local) EST.******All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than Friday, 3 April 2026 / 10:00 A.M. (local) EST.
