(ABOA): 4,388 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 180 Firm Term: 60 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Can not be near a school ordaycare Needs to have secure parking and sallyport Offered space must meet Government requirements forfire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms ofthe Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerlyreferred to as [�100- year�/�500-Year�] floodplain).
