Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option; and the place/range of redelivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option. The laydays commence 27 April and cancel 28 April 2026, and the period of performance will be about 40 days for a chartered vessel. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Director of MSC�s Office of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
