- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for Cardboard & Paper and Trash & Waste Removal and Disposal Services for the IRS Campus location in Andover, MA. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the IRS Performance Work Statement (PWS) entitled, �Cardboard & Paper and Trash & Waste Removal and Disposal Services.� The RFQ (RFQ Number 2032H8-26-Q-00012) will be distributed to at least three sources. All future information about this Request for Quotation (RFQ), including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed via e-mail. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov or reaching out to the government point of contact to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFQ Number 2032H8-26-Q-00012 will be at 5:00 PM on March 11, 2026.
