Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The contractor will be required to: Deliver all components of the workstations to include all the parts and pieces to make a function workstation. Provide staff with written materials. Product Descriptions Provide 8 Sterile Processing Prep and Pack Workstation Tables with the following features: Workstation tables to have the following specifications: Stainless Steel surface Height Adjustable 69.5 to 85.5 inches Equipped with an electrical motor for height adjustments Width at least 40 inches Length at least 72 inches Overhead lighting with on/off switch Lockable Casters (Wheels) Capable of handling evenly distributed loads of up to 500 pounds. Meet Underwriter Laboratories Standard 61010-1 Have an electrical plug in strip with six simplex outlets and circuit breaker on it. Have the ability to mount dispensing rails, storage racks or other components in order to create more work space. Period of Performance The contractor shall coordinate with the VAMCHS and Sterile Processing Services to schedule for delivery. (5) Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or the NAC or are you a contract holder with NASA SEWP or any other federal contract? If so, please provide the contract type and number. (6) If you are an FSS GSA/NAC or NASA SEWP contract holder or other federal contract holder, are the referenced items/solutions available on your schedule/contract?
