Incorporate the Questions and Answers document compiled from inquiries received during the Q&A period, which concluded on March 5, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time, attached hereto as Attachment 04, titled ""140L5726Q0011_Q&A""; and 3. Extend the solicitation closing date and time for receipt of offers/quotes from March 10, 2026 at 1500 MT to March 15, 2026 at 1500 MT. All other terms, conditions, provisions, and requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
