- Dear Offerors, PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE � THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Classification Title: Warehouse and Logistics Services � U.S. Embassy in Maldives (IDIQ) Place of Performance: Mal�, Republic of Maldives NAICS Code: 493110 � General Warehousing and Storage PSC Code: X1GZ � Facilities & Construction Project Summary This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), nor does it commit the Government to award a contract based on this announcement. The U.S. Embassy in Maldives anticipates issuing a solicitation for Warehouse and Logistics Services to support its operational requirements, including storage, handling, and distribution of mission property and supplies. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one (1) year base period and two (2) one-year option periods. The solicitation is expected to be issued in March 2026 as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number 19CE2026Q0006. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, based on a comparative evaluation of all source selection criteria identified in the solicitation. The selected contractor must be determined responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and must submit a quotation that fully complies with all solicitation requirements, including terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and required documentation. SAM Registration Requirement Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
