Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with 3 Reasons Consulting to acquire the continuation of information management and technology support services. These services provide governance, strategic planning, and direction to facilitate the timely access, sharing, and protection of medical information for BUMED N6. The Navy intends to solicit for a CPFF contract. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with 3 Reasons Consulting under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541330. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
