Description

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 97 MXG B285 Hydraulic Test Stand-Chiller Piping Replacement Service at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. A site visit is scheduled for 12 MAR 26 at 2:00 PM CST. Attendees must respond no later than 9 MAR 2026 to attend the site visit. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 13 March 2026 at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately to be eligible for timely award.
