03/04/2026 Amendment 001 - Due to CGC MIDGETT�s operational requirements and schedule, a ship check onboard the cutter will not be possible prior to the close of this solicitation. Offerors may contact LT W. Blake Knox via email at Walter.B.Knox@uscg.mil to arrange a ship check on another cutter of the same class or to request photos/documentation of specific areas and equipment on CGC MIDGETT. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Fiscal Year Quarter (FYQ) 4, Fiscal Year (FY) 26 Dockside Repairs of United States Coast Guard Cutter USCGC MIDGETT (WMSL 757), home moorage Honolulu, HI. The requirement consists of dockside repairs aboard USCGC MIDGETT (WMSL 757) in accordance with Attachment 2 PWS_MIDGETT DS FQ4_Rev_0. The scope of work includes ship repair and associated support work and may include work not currently listed as individual Work Items. C.2 Scope of Work, The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities, and all other items required�except as otherwise specified�to perform dockside repairs in accordance with this solicitation and all attached specifications. A complete list of contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, and options is provided in Attachment (1), Price Schedule, REV 0. Failure to read the complete specification will not relieve the Offeror of responsibility for accurately estimating the work required or pricing the requirement. All quotes submitted in response to this solicitation shall remain valid and stand firm for 120 calendar days from the solicitation close date.
