- MAYFIELD HOUSE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLATION - The purpose of this modification 0002 is to: 1. Extend the solicitation closing date to March 25, 2026 at 12p noon PT. 2. Open the week of March 16, 2026 through March 20, 2026 for site visits. Interested parties are required to RSVP a site visit by contacting the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) via email at keith_robinson@nps.gov or by calling Keith at 360-565-3097. 3. Contractor Questions close date extended to March 18, 2026 at noon PT. No other changes have been made. The purpose of this modification 0001 is to update the Relevant Experience / Past Performance requirements contained in Attachment 5. If subcontractors are to be used, they are to be identified within the attachment 5 documentation as part of the quote. No other changes have been made.
