Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full-and-open competition to award a contract action under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) (N00024-23-G-5320) to McNally Industries, LLC (McNally) located in Grantsburg, WI pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This action will procure end of life components for the MK6 Ammunition Hoist Assembly. McNally is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government�s MK 6 requirements within the required schedule. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the prime contractor (McNally) directly. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
