Place of Contract Performance: The port of delivery is Rhoads Industries, 1750 Kittle Hawk AVE, Philadelphia, PA (USA) and the redelivery will be Maritime Administration (MARAD) Beaumont Reserve Fleet, Beaumont, TX (USA).
