Combined Synopsis/Solicitation � Request for Quote � Aggregate Web-Based Database This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), prepared utilizing FAR Part 12 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being performed as a small business set aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of the incorporated provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far and www.acquisition.gov/hhsar.
