- This procurement is for the Assembly, Positive Lock. This proposed solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single contract for the estimated supplies specified. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-PriceContract. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition. Procurement is a Small Business Set Aside Noun:Assembly, Positive Lock NSN: 5342-01-588-5961 P/N: 13019645 Notes: We expect to post the solicitation in 2 to 4 weeks. Technical Data Package: A link to the TDP will be available when the solicitation is released. The TDP is Distribution A.
