Description

The Southern Research Station, Bent Creek Experimental Forest is soliciting to update and repair the Superintendent's Residence including addressing sewer drainage issues, failed HVAC units, damaged exterior doors and windows and failing finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. The awarded contractor shall furnish all materials, personnel, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements outlined in the construction documents (plans and specifications). This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million. The product service code is Z2FZ � Repair or Alteration of Other Residential Buildings The period of performance will be for ninety (90) days. Site Visit: 24 March 2026, 1000ET.
