Description

This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. All offerors must also have a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will qualify the contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract based on Best Value for the Government. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. No third-party vendors (foreign or domestic) are accepted with NMRC unless otherwise stated. The delivery location will be at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
