- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q1153831 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for three (3) fixed-wing turboprop utility aircraft. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336411. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See �Attachment 1 Instructions� for applicable instructions and evaluation criteria. All Quotes must be received no later than 5:00pm CDT on March 11, 2026.
